Ugunda College of Business Management and Information Technology is a new college with the aim of dealing with Technical Education Training which consists; Information Management, Computer Technology and data Security in business organization and Government institutions, Business Management and Administration, Marketing Management and Sales, Research and Development, Hotel Management, Library Management and Documentation, Public Management and Administration, Records and Archives Management, Clearing /Forwarding and Logistics Management, Accountancy Medical Records for health institutions, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, ICT

The vision of UCBMIT is to be the
college of academic and integrity excellence within and beyond Tanzania in
provision of quality education that is relevant to meet the Tanzania
development vision 2025.
MISSION STATEMENT:
To contribute to the National
Development through educating and training youths and adults on the course that
will engage them in self employment and competing in the free labor market as
far as Globalization concerned and the changes in business environment from
manual to electronic business system as applying nowadays in many private and public
sectors.

THE OBJECTIVES OF (UCBMIT) EDUCATION SERVICES:
The aims of CBMIT Technical and
business education Management and training are;-
· To guide and promote the development and improvement of
personalities of the citizens of Tanzania, their human resources and effective
utilization of those resources in bringing about individual and national
development.
· To increase the quality of product and service in market
place and building a strong leadership in managing an organization in an effective
and efficient way for growth and development of economic at the level of world
class.
· To enable students to build the capacity of being competent
and qualified modern managers of 21st century with wide variety of
knowledge, skills and technology to become successful entrepreneurs in the
future.
· To promote acquisition and appropriate use of literacy,
social, scientific, vocational, technological, professional and other forms of
knowledge skills and understanding for the development and improvement of the
condition of people and society.
· To develop and promote self confidence and an inquisitive
mind, understanding, respect of human dignity and human rights also readiness
to work hard for self advancement and National improvement in downsizing number
of unemployed people in our country for giving them access to employment
opportunities.
· To enable and expand the scope of acquisition, improvement
and upgrading theoretical, practical productive and other life skills needed to
meet the changing needs of industry and economy.
· To enable every citizen understand the fundamentals of
national constitution as well as the enrichment of human and civil rights,
accountability, obligations, responsibilities and business opportunities.
· To prepare the students to join and adapt the world of
working environment with confidence, ability, flexibility, efficiency and
effectiveness.
· To enable the students to employ themselves by providing an
applied knowledge and skill on how to become successful entrepreneurs, finding
capital, investing and running their business ventures and also even taking
care to the business risks
· To enable students to know who is responsible in Total
quality Management in order to provide quality products, assurance and service
and establishing reliable and competitive business organization in local,
regional, national and world class.
· To enable students to find out and develop an internal
emotional GPS (Global Positioning System)
which can tell them which way to go and when they Google themselves, their
search results will read UCBMIT for success in business education and capacity
to live in the future.
· To enable trainees to know the different between jobs vs.
capacity to live when graduate.
· To ensure at least 55% of students must have ability to be
optimists to succeed and not being pessimist for failure in life.
